1. Does the program work with Windows Vista OS?
Yes. It supports Vista OS with both 32-bit and 64-bit Edition. Please do install the program under the Computer Administrator's Account with Vista OS. [ Top ]

2. When I am trying to input files, a dialog box will pop up, why?
Please make sure that you have installed the related codec on your computer. We recommend that you download Combined Community Codec Pack (CCCP) from http://www.cccp-project.net and ffdshow encoder/decoder settings file from http://www.moyea.com/download/ffdshow_setup.zip. Unzip the file and find ffdshow.reg to import ffdshow settings. [ Top ]

3. What does the item "Destination File" mean in the top of the file list?
That is your target file format. It keeps with the format you choose in "Profile".[ Top ]

4. Can I set the output folder of my snapshot pictures?
Yes. By "Tools >Options > Thumbnail > Save To" to set your image destination folder.[ Top ]

5. Can I reformat the snapshot picture?
Yes. By "Tools >Options> Thumbnail > Image format", you can select a desired image format. The default is PNG.[ Top ]

6. Can I rename the output file name?
Yes. Double click the file name in "Destination File", and rename it.[ Top ]

7. Can I import audios?
Yes. You can import audios to converter too.[ Top ]

8. My movie is with black margin, which takes much room in my cell phone's screen. Can I get rid of them?
Yes. By > Crop>Zoom, choose the item you want, and adjust the values below for a precise cropping.[ Top ]

10. Can I save my output settings as a profile for later use?
Yes. Please select a file and click on "Settings", then click "Save as" after you have all the items set. Name it in the box, and click ‘OK". You will find the name is in the list of "profile". If you check "Apply to all", then all the output files will under this profile. [ Top ]

11. Can I set the priority of the conversion?
Yes. When a file is selected, click "Move up" or "Move down" to adjust the sequence. Or, drag the selected file to the position you want it.[ Top ]

12. I am not satisfied with the output file? How can I make it better?
The output file quality depends largely on the source file. You may choose a higher bit rate or modify settings like contrast, dimensions, length, and audio volume, etc, if the output one does be not as good as the original one, If still not, you may refer to the Help file or email us directly at support@leawo.com for your situation.[ Top ]

13. How can I get a smaller file size to save space?
Time duration and bit rate decide the file size. You may try to adjust these parameters for a smaller file size. The shorter the time duration, the smaller the file size is. The lower the bit rate, the smaller the file size is. However, the video quality may be worse, if with a lower bit rate. Please do some test conversions for a proper video codec.[ Top ]

14. If "Merge into one file" is selected, while each file with a different target video format, what will happen?
The output video format is going to be the format of your first target file format. [ Top ]

15. Why my DVD refuses to work, when I try to convert the video to DVD (*.vob) and burn it to my DVD disc?
Please check whether you have installed a DVD burner or writer on your computer! You may also need third-party DVD burner software to arrange the files. The default VOB is set with NTSC Video Standard. You may click "Settings > Profile > Video > Standard" to change the standard. Choose the standard for your region.[ Top ]
